Returns

Due to COVID-19 restrictions it may take longer than usual for your order to be returned to us. We have strict social distancing measures in place in our warehouse this means it may take slightly longer to process your return and get your refund to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Returns Policy

• If our valued customer face issue with sizing of the shoe, they can get it replaced within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
• If a product is not what is shown or told the product can be return and a full payment will be refunded.
• If any item that is used and sent to our warehouse the return shipping charges will be paid by customer.
• Please note items on sale are not eligible for refund.
• All returns/exchanges are subject to approve after product review and seen by our team. 
• 30% will be deducted on return of Orders placed via Qisstpay.
